Are Women Embracing Social Leadership More Than Men?

Social leadership is here to stay, but have leaders fully embraced the change in leadership style? Is there a faction of leaders that has embraced it more than another faction, specifically male and female leaders?

Have female leaders adopted social leadership faster than their male counterparts? Are they more willing to learn about new leadership styles? How do we counteract this problem, if it is in fact a problem.

We can’t wait to discuss what the #SocialLeader community thinks about this topic Monday night.

There’s a more human way to do business.

In the Social Age, it’s how we engage with customers, collaborators and strategic partners that matters; it’s how we create workplace optimism that sets us apart; it’s how we recruit, retain (and repel) employees that becomes our differentiator. This isn’t a “people first, profits second” movement, but a “profits as a direct result of putting people first” movement.
