The Shift Age began in the middle part of the last decade and will probably last until 2030. This will be the age where all the social, economic, political and cultural gender inequalities of the past ages will be undone.
If you take a 50-year arc from 1975 to 2025, we are now almost 80% through this arc. There will be as much movement toward gender equality in the last 20% of this arc as there was in the first 80%.
